Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repack all components, including hardware kits and assembly manuals, into the original heavy-duty shipping crates to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Due to the size and weight of Murphy Bed systems, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the items from your location at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
